"Tried out Nav-A-Gator for their Wednesday wing night special and I was pretty pleased, the wings were juicy (a little greasy) but not dry or hard and crunchy like other places, my husband wasn't too thrilled with the wings but still tried different flavors and ate a good amount. The fries were delicious and had a nice seasoning to them. All of the staff were very kind and friendly, the waitress did great with keeping up with our orders and drinks as well and the all around atmosphere of the place was lovely. It is kid friendly and my 5 year old had fun playing after we ate. We ended up eating outside because the weather was beautiful and it worked out perfect."

"After a long day of riding through Wauchula and Arcadia, Nav-A-Gator ended up being a really solid stop before heading home. It’s definitely a bit off the beaten path, but honestly that’s part of the charm. We rolled in just ahead of the rain and decided to eat inside since the Florida humidity was working overtime. Plenty of seating both inside and outside, and the whole place has that laid-back Old Florida feel that fits the area perfectly. The staff was friendly, attentive, and on top of things from the start. Drinks stayed filled, food came out fast, and everything was fresh and hot. The blackened shrimp skewers were probably the standout for me, and the desserts were the perfect way to wrap up the ride. Nothing was trying too hard to be “fancy,” and that’s honestly why it worked. Just good food, cold drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere to sit back and replay the day’s ride. The outdoor area looked like it would be a great hangout spot once the weather cools off a bit, and the live music setup definitely caught our attention. We’ll probably make the trip back at some point for the all-you-can-eat wing night because that sounds like either a fantastic idea or a terrible life decision. Possibly both. Definitely worth checking out if you want a casual Florida stop with good food and a fun atmosphere."

"Local flavor of Florida! Loved the vibe sitting outside! Staff were friendly. Onion rings were delicious and good portion for the $$! Fried shrimp basket was just ok, just 6 butterflied shrimp and got the homemade chips that were tasty but am upcharge on top of the $16 basket! Peel and eat shrimp app was 9 shrimp and also $$. Just expected food to be better but seems to be the best for the area. No wait to sit outside! Live music and dock to pull boat up! Was worth a try while visiting area but would probably not return."

"Nav-A-Gator Bar& Grill This place was such a surprise to me. It’s old school Florida for sure. It’s nothing fancy very basic but the food so good. On the inside a big bar and plenty of seating but the outside I believe that’s where the magic is. Lots of tables with umbrellas, a 2nd Bar and a stage for live music. It’s a very laid-back atmosphere and the servers are so friendly they treat you like family. I loved the food and was surprised it was so good. For an appetizer we ordered the Fried Clam Strips and for our main meal my wife and I ordered a well-done Surf & Turf Burger with Fries, and our friend ordered the House Salad. The Clam Strips came out 1st the basket was packed with Strips, and they were so very good. Our main orders came out fast and the plates were filled with the Burger & Fries. The Salad was in a huge bowl filled to the top. I can’t say enough good things about our Burgers. They were done perfectly and so juicy and the tops was packed with Crab Meat. Even the Fries were coated and all so good. Our friends Salad looked fresh and was packed with all the toppings. All our food was served hot and very tasty. Our waitress Kaedyn was amazing in taking care of us checking on us and answering any questions we had. Even some of the other waitress came by and talked to us they were all friendly and could not do enough for us. The live music took our experience to the next level. Out of my 174 reviews this was the best burger I’ve have in SW Florida so far. You must stop by and give this place a try you won’t be sorry and I for one can’t wait to get back.
